Radish Roots return policy:

We hope you don’t have to but sometimes things happen!  We offer a 30 day grace period for returns on Threads, Canvases and Notions:  Items must be in good as new condition, non-personalized, and from the current dye lot.  For Books, Self-Care, Candles, Gift Cards and Stationery, all sales are final – no returns, sorry.  The exception to this policy would be damaged or defective goods which must be reported within 7 days of purchase. 

To return an item, please send an email to hello@radishrootsnpt.com to inform us of the issue and let us know if you will be returning the item in person or via mail.  Due to the nature of the niche-like needlepoint business, store credit will be issued in lieu of cash refunds.
