Self-Finishing Class

Wish you had gotten your ornaments finished to display or gift? Need a fun gift for yourself or that special stitcher? Now is the time to prepare for next Christmas or give the gift of a fun learning experienc by learning to finish a round ornament.

Bring your fully stitched canvas and backing fabric. You’ll learn all the pro tips, including creating your own custom cording, and take home your finished ornament.

We ask for round ornaments only for this class. Limited to 8 people.
Wednesday, Jan 15, 2025 from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 ish pm.

Suitable backing fabrics include quilting cottons, lightweight velvet or velveteen (not stretch), silk dupioni, faux suede or lightweight Ultrasuede. Please make sure your fabric is 7″ x 10″. Don’t have anything on hand? Send a photo to the shop and we will see what we have in stock.

Mat board, batting and tools will be provided. In addition, you will need
Perle Cotton 5 for cording – included in price of the class unless you have your own favorite colors – in 1, 2 or 3 colors to complete your ornament.

Lunch, snacks, and beverages provided with the class.
